Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5

Recently, I was asked by John Lubbing from Get Visual to create animations for a holographic display featuring the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. The goal was to create a photorealistic representation of the phone in a relatively short period of time.

The challenge we faced was that all animations had to be in the center of the frame, this was because of the holographic display that was used. We also had a limited time frame in which the renders needed to be done, so I had to pull some tricks out of my sleeve to get the render times down to an acceptable level.

All in all a fun project that made me stretch my legs with the Redshift render and I’m looking forward to the next project!
